GSE provides free estimates depending on the situation. Most estimates are free, with the exclusion of those related to buying and/or selling a property. We charge $250 for estimate fee for those who are selling your home with a known water problem and need the estimate for settlement. This fee also applies for those buying a home who need the estimate for settlement. If GSE proceeds to complete work on the property, the $250 will be deducted from the project costs. Keep in mind that, in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, you cannot legally sell a home with a known water problem.
