Garden State Earthworks was called in to address a water problem at an Industrial building that was destroying the tenant’s valuable product. We installed a full-depth drain system, complete with vapor barrier. In our true Garden State Earthworks fashion, we were able to solve the problem and restore the tenant’s confidence in the building.
Before Photos:
The workers start with digging a trench to install the drain system.
The workers then look for any holes or cracks in the side of the building to then seal them up.
The workers then apply a rubber seal to the side of the building to make sure no outside water will make its way in.
Dirt is put in over the rubber seal and is packed down.
Next the drain pipes are installed into the ground and hooked up to the buildings gutters.
More dirt is then put onto the pipes and is packed down to be flush with the dirt above.
After Photos:
The drain system is then run off the lot and now can drain water out elsewhere in a location where it will do no harm.
The final touches get added on and the job is complete.
