Sub Pumps
If you are concerned about a wet basement and unwanted leaks and flooding when it rains, you ARE NOT alone. A high percentage of all basements will experience some sort of water penetration flooding or recurrent leaks.
The sub pump works by pumping out the water that accumulates in a specially created pit. It will also clear moisture that has gathered over the years which can be equally damaging.
When the grounds surrounding your dwelling or structure get saturated, they act as a sponge against anything they touch. We drain the water away and give it a relief valve to wick the water away and take the hydro pressure away, creating a drier environment. We also attack the wall exterior with an immediate vapor barrier and water remediation right at the source.
Remember every time water comes through the wall it takes a little concrete with it.
